We offer a range of tracked UK delivery options. The delivery service available for your order may vary depending on the product.

DPD Next Working Day Delivery

£4.99 or free on orders over £230

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are normally dispatched the same working day using DPD Next Working Day.

Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will normally be dispatched on Monday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent automatically so you can follow your parcel.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

£3.99 or free on orders over £230

Selected orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Orders dispatched directly by one of our fulfilment partners are normally dispatched within 24 hours on working days and usually arrive within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed next-day service and delivery may occasionally take longer.

Tracking details will be sent automatically once your order has been dispatched.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

£2.99

Royal Mail Tracked 48 is available on selected lower-value orders and typically arrives within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

This service is only available for orders with a maximum value of £25.

Orders Containing Different Products

Some products are dispatched directly by one of our fulfilment partners.

If your order contains products dispatched from different locations, your order may arrive in more than one parcel and you may receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

The delivery information shown on each product page will indicate the applicable delivery method where relevant.

Dispatch Information

Orders are dispatched on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order is dispatched rather than the date your order is placed.

For orders dispatched directly by Cheshire Creps, our 2pm same-day dispatch cut-off applies Monday to Friday.

Products dispatched directly by a fulfilment partner may operate on a different dispatch schedule and are normally dispatched within 24 working hours.

While we aim to meet all stated dispatch and delivery timeframes, courier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by busy periods, weather disruption, operational delays or circumstances outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or failed delivery.

Delivery to the European Union and Rest of World

International orders are sent using a tracked international delivery service.

Delivery costs and estimated transit times are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination, parcel size and order value.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees before receiving their order. These charges are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Cheshire Creps is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, customs inspections or unpaid import charges.
