Delivery to the United Kingdom

We offer the following UK delivery options at checkout:

DPD Next Working Day Delivery

£4.99 or free on orders over £230

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day using DPD’s Next Working Day service.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate tracking email from DPD, allowing you to follow your parcel.

Royal Mail Tracked 24

£3.99 or free on orders over £230

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which typically aims to deliver within 1–2 working days.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the following Monday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate tracking email from Royal Mail, allowing you to follow your parcel.

Royal Mail Tracked 48

£2.99

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched the same working day using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically aims to deliver within 2–4 working days.

Please note: Royal Mail Tracked 48 is only available for orders with a maximum value of £25.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate tracking email from Royal Mail, allowing you to follow your parcel.

Dispatch Information

Orders are dispatched on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

Delivery timeframes begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the time the order is placed.

While we aim to dispatch all eligible orders within the stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, busy periods, weather disruption, or circumstances outside of our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Cheshire Creps cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Delivery to the European Union and Rest of World

International orders are dispatched using a tracked international delivery service.

The delivery cost and estimated transit time will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and order size.

Customers outside of the United Kingdom may be required to pay import duties, taxes, customs charges, or handling fees before receiving their order. These charges vary depending on the destination country and order value and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Cheshire Creps is not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, import processing, or unpaid customs charges.
