SHIPPING
UK ORDERS - DPD
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays.
All UK orders before 2pm are shipped same-day with DPD and should arrive the next working day.
We also offer free next-day delivery on all orders over £300.
UK ORDERS -ROYAL MAIL
Smaller goods such as laces and airfresheners are shipped with Royal Mail and typically arrive in 2-4 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping times vary depending on the country and the cost and delivery time will automatically calculate at checkout.
We shi to most countries worldwide including Europe, US, Asia and Africa.
Delivery times and cost will automatically calculte based on your shipping address.
If you would like to arrange a collection for your order, please contact us via email and we will try to arrange a suitable time.
This may not always be possible during busy periods.
Returns & refunds
We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was originally sent in.
Please contact us via our contact page to arrange.
Unfortunately the cost of return will be at the expense of the buyer and we recommend shipping with a reputable and insured delivery service to ensure we receive your item back.
All returns are fully inspected upon receipt to ensure they are in the exact confition they were sent in.
Under no circumstances will we accept clothing / shoes that have been worn, damaged or faulty in any way.
All clothing / shoes returned to us must be in the exact same condition as we sold them, which includes any tags, packaging or other accessories.
Pre-owned items
We ensure all of our pre-owned pairs are professionally cleaned and disinfected to the best possible standard before listing.
Brand New - Unworn
Excellent - Worn 1-5 times with most nibs visible on the outsole
Fantastic - Worn with no flaws but less to no nins visble on the outsole.
Great - Usually slightly more worn but with minimal flaws or damage
Good - Pre-owned with possible minor flaws or signs of wear
We will always try to list our items accurately and faily with photos accurately depicting the condition.
We always inspect every pair thoroughly to ensure the wearabilty of any item, however for older pairs this is completely unpredictable.
We state that any shoe over 7 years old is worn at the. buyers own risk, this is to due to hydrolosis of the midsole which can cause older pairs to crumble, in this instance this will be at 100% responsibilty of the buyer and no refund will be provided.
99% of the time older pairs can still have many years left of wear but it is unfortunately impossible for us to predict.
Order processing
Order tracking emails are sent out via DPD oce your parcel has been collected.
You can then use this email to track your order and on the day of delivery you will receive a 1 hour delivery timeslot.
If you haven't received a confirmation email, we recomend checking your spam and junk folders.
If you still can't find the email please contact us.
If you have ordered multiple items in the same order, don’t be alarmed if they are not all shipped together.
