Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day with DPD Next Working Day, excluding bank holidays. Delivery is £4.99, or free on UK orders over £230. Some pairs ship from a fulfilment partner with Royal Mail Tracked 24 and may arrive in a separate parcel.
Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order if you would like to return it, then send it back within a further 14 days. Return postage is paid by the customer unless an item is faulty or incorrect.
